When will I receive my order?
While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances that are out of our control(natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) as well as delays that our carriers may be experiencing. For this reason, we do not guarantee an exact delivery date.
The vast majority of our products are made to order. In general, the following guidelines can help you understand when to expect your order.
CLOTHING
Orders from within the U.S. will normally arrive 7-10 days after purchase - depending on location. After your clothing order is placed your items will go into production - 3-5 days normally - at which point there will not be any information available for tracking the order. Once your order has shipped though, we will be sending you an email to let you know and then you can track your order using the track order feature on our website menu. Clothing Orders from customers outside of the U.S. will normally arrive 7-20 days after purchasing.
LEGGINGS & SWEATSHIRTS
These items are made to order so please allow 5-7 days for us to produce them. Express shipping items will then arrive 7-10 days after leggings are finished production. Please lease allow 12-20 days after leggings are finished in production for standard shipping orders.
JEWLERY AND ART PRODUCTS
These orders can take longer to produce. Some of our products also ship from artisan manufacturers in international locations. If this is the case the product description will list specific shipping/delivery time frame expectations. Average delivery times are 1-2 weeks.
