Do you deliver products Internationally?

• YES,we ship products internationally.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

• After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our Customer Support and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

When Will I Receive My Order?

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

**Please note additional customs fees may apply in Europe/UK with every order value of $25   

Here at POWER ADDICTS, the vast majority of our products are made to order.

• Clothing Orders from within the U.S. will normally arrive 7-10 days after purchase - depending on location. After your clothing order is placed your items will go into production - 3-5 days normally - at which point there will not be any information available for tracking the order. Once your order has shipped though, we will be sending you an email to let you know and then you can track your order using the TRACK ORDER feature on our website menu.

• Leggings and Sweatshirts:

  • These items are made to order so please allow 5-7 days for us to produce them.
  • Express Shipping times - allow 7-10 days shipping after leggings are finished production.
  • Standard Shipping Times - allow 12 - 20 days after leggings are finished in production

• Jewelry and Art Products can take longer to produce and some of our products ship from artisan manufacturers in international locations. If this is the case the product description will list specific shipping/delivery time frame expectations. Average transit times are received in 4 - 6 weeks.

How do I check the status of my order?

• You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. 
• After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our Production Team where we will ship your item(s) within 2-10 business days to your corresponding email.

I've Placed An Order With Multiple Items Will They Arrive At The Same Time?

• Some of our products actually ship from different warehouses so when you order multiple items at a time some of our items are shipped separately. We try our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items. 
• If you get one item before the others, RELAX and DON'T WORRY! We will keep you posted and be sending the others to you the soonest possible.
• When your order is still undelivered, please rest assured as we have fully insured your packages so any missing items will be reshipped free of charge to you.
